ROUTE SERVICE

Route Service is a service option where after a Triboro Maintenance Project Manager visits the location(s) of a particular client to understand their needs, an agreement is drawn up to allow for a fixed monthly service fee for men to work on site each day(s).

Under said agreement, the terms of workload, fees, man power, guidelines and description of work are outlined.

Under this type of agreement, a fixed fee & term are negotiated to enable the client to have a financial savings in comparison to a straight time/material agreement.

All clients are assigned a particular worker for each location(s), this will allow both the service technician and the facility managers to have a closer and more familiar working relationship, thus increasing their productivity.

Using this type of agreement incorporates a true preventative maintenance program as well as enables the client to show an increased financial savings. You will not know until you ask……….Triboro Maintenance will send an individual to meet with your staff to complete a free "Facility Needs Analysis".
