Joel Sklar, CEO
Joel Sklar is the Chief Executive Officer of Triboro Maintenance; he is responsible to give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. With a complete hands-on approach to all facets of the Triboro organization, Mr. Sklar is able to set a crystal-clear path for all team members to follow on a day to day basis. Prior to joining Triboro Maintenance, Mr. Sklar has spent the past 15 years working in the service/maintenance industry. Mr. Sklar holds a degree from C.W. Post College.
Frank Morales, Operations Manager
Frank Morales is the Operations Manager of Triboro Maintenance. He has over 22 years of comprehensive experience in Facilities / Office Management within various industries including Legal; Retail Apparel Design; and Management Consulting. He interacts effectively with all levels of staff. He is a customer-oriented focus combined with a dedicated work ethic. He has strong leadership skills. He attended Lehman College.
Joanne Santiago, Senior Project Manager
Joanne Santiago, a Project Manager at Triboro Maintenance has been with Property Resources Corporation for 12 years. Prior to joining the Triboro Maintenance team, she worked as an Administrative Assistant to the C.F.O for Property Resources Management. Currently, Joanne oversees all of Triboro’s work for the Association for the Help of Retarded Children. Ms. Santiago holds a Property Management certification from Bronx Community College.
Liora Lobel, Office Manager
Liora Lobel, Office Manager at Triboro Maintenance, was previously an Administrative Assistant for Il Mulino, USA before she joined the PRC team in 2009. She has a B.A in Journalism and a Minor in Business from the University of Oregon, where she was also an NCAA Division I athlete. Currently, Liora is responsible for helping ensure smooth day to day operations of the office including bookkeeping.
