From our latest investment in a new internal software program to our workers “Field Force Management” system; this puts the focus on the client services front and center.
From a client’s initial contact with one of our Customer Service Administrators, Triboro Maintenance is solely focused on maintaining a very positive business relationship, which can be traced back to a simple set of core business principles that are the rules rather then the exceptions.
These include the following;
Never make a promise that we cannot deliver upon
Never say “No”, unless you have exhausted all measures
No matter how small or large a client might be, they are all treated as our only client.
If you do not treat your client the correct way, someone else will.
Simple rules but unfortunately easily forgotten in today’s business world, but again at Triboro Maintenance they are words to live by, as the measure of our success starts and ends with our clients.
