Triboro's in-house staff of maintenance technicians, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, painters and other specialists is available to our clients on either a per-project or a long-term contract basis. This allows companies to eliminate searches for the right contractor and know that professional, reliable workers are available when needed.

Triboro Maintenance personnel are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to emergency needs swiftly and effectively. With a fleet of radio-dispatched trucks, we can be at any of our clients' locations for crisis repairs whenever required.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND EXTENSIVE INVENTORY

To help avoid unexpected and costly repairs, Triboro can set up a Preventive Maintenance Program to spot potential problems before they become emergencies. Arrangements can also be made for regularly scheduled service appointments and capital improvements on an as-needed basis. The scope of Triboro's client-base allows us to house an extensive inventory of over 25,000 parts.

Triboro's project managers recognize the importance of fully understanding every relevant aspect of a project site prior to starting any job. Before each project, our in-house and project managers get to know our clients' businesses and premises intimately. They then share that information with colleagues so that even before a Triboro team gets to a site, we know what fixtures and fittings are on the premises and where they are. This allows the Triboro team to work in the most efficient manner possible.

For example, we can pinpoint troublesome services, sites or cost centers and recommend remedial action to alleviate regularly occurring problems and save money.

Triboro clients have the ability to access our state-of-the-art computer software, which provides to up to the minute reports of every property or apartment in a portfolio. Via our online portal, clients can view detailed maintenance history, including open requests and completed work, invoices, payments, and analysis in a single forum.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our projects are managed by experienced project managers to ensure all jobs are completed as scheduled, within budget, and to the highest standards. We pride ourselves on minimizing disruptions to your business and occupants. Triboro Maintenance is adept at working in occupied and operating facilities, and during fixed time window periods such as scheduled closures. Our project managers coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through the final punch list, making sure that the project gets completed on time and within budget.

STOCKROOM/PARTS DEPARMENT
We have a wide array of parts inventory to minimize our customers' downtime. Trained, educated parts employees are only half of the equation needed to ensure success in the department. With an inventory of well over 1,700 different parts on hand, our stockroom staff is able use the most up to date inventory control systems including scanners to monitor each and every stock item.
